Using GatherPoint AI

GatherPoint AI provides tools for event discovery, planning, messaging, and social coordination. You are responsible for the information you provide and for using the service lawfully and respectfully.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use GatherPoint AI to harass, deceive, or harm others.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us at support@gatherpoint.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content and events

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant GatherPoint AI permission to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to provide the service.

Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, and fulfillment of events they create or promote through the service.

Service changes

GatherPoint AI is an early-stage product. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. GatherPoint AI is not responsible for user-created events, third-party services, or conduct between users outside our reasonable control.
